Job description
Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy looking for a residential Skid Steer Operator for land clearing, site prep, and site clean-up. Individuals MUST have a valid/clean driver's license and preferably 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Skid Steer to complete daily construction objectives.
- Read and understand site and septic plans.
- Coordinate machine actions with other job site activities through hand or audio signals from crew members.
- Understand the operations and limitations of the equipment; perform daily evaluations to ensure safety and maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Valid/Clean driver’s license CDL Class A.
- Operator experience: 4yrs.
- Reliable transportation to work.
Pay: $20-$22
