Position Title: Site/Location Manager

Reports to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Position Summary:

This position is a part-time professional entry level management position. You MUST know how to swim to apply for this position.

The Site/Locations Manager is an integral member of our senior management staff and is directly responsible for all aspects of our product and customer service. The position has excellent opportunity for growth and upward mobility for qualified candidates. The individual must be willing to learn, adapt and excel in all areas of this roles; they must be self-motivated and looking to grow with the company. A great communicator with solid ideas, as well as a doer and a go-getter. This is a great opportunity for someone who is in college or about to graduate and looking to put their management skills in action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission, vision and values.

· Manage family/student registration and class scheduling which includes responding to all family/student registrations in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission.

· Manage the administration of all SafeSplash policies and procedures with our customers.

· Manage customer service and retail.

· Perform swim instruction, as necessary.

· Maintain accuracy, security and integrity of all family/student records including personal, financial and class information.

· Work closely with other management staff to develop and implement continuous process improvements to family/student registration, scheduling and billing functions.

· Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.

· Lead and manage the SafeSplash staff in an effective and professional manner.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Required:

• Exceptional: Customer service skills
• Leadership: Skills and the ability to motivate, supervise and develop staff
• Strong: Communication skills (interpersonal and strong telephone presence)
• Ability: Work effectively in a team environment
• Competencies: Computer skills
• Strength: Lift push and pull up to 75 pounds

Strongly preferred:

• Previous experience with swim instruction
• Experience working with children and young families

Hours:

30 - 35 hours a week

4 days on and 3 days off scheduling

Part-time (weekly schedule will typically include at least one weekend day)

Pay:

Weekly pay schedule (Fridays)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
