We provide factory authorized service on Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration, Ice Machines, Ware Washing and Food Prep Equipment. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Receiving – receive incoming shipments, open boxes, check for damage, ensure proper quantities received, make entries and transfers in the computer, see that items get to their required destination.
- Shipping – pick, box, ship and label outgoing items.
- Inventory Control – Maintain appropriate stocking levels in Main warehouse, ensure organization and cleanliness of Main warehouse, follow up on backordered items, set up new trucks with inventory, inventorying trucks periodically, and coordinating truck stock replenishment.
- Warehouse Assistance – Forklift operation, obtaining parts and tools for technicians and special projects, delivering/picking up parts for technicians/customers/vendors as needed.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of prior shipping, receiving, and inventory experience
- Customer service oriented when working with both internal and external customers
- Basic computer skills – Outlook, UPS worldship (MS Word & Excel are a plus)
- Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and neat
- Able to multi-task and follow through on all projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to operate a Forklift. Certification a plus.
- Able to lift 60lb boxes and use packaging tools.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Clean driver’s license and background check required
- HS diploma or GED
Full time schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Benefits include: Contributory Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match, and a GREAT company culture. We are an EOE.
