Roessel Joy Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Norwood, MA. We are looking for an experienced Billing & Shipping Clerk! This is a temp to perm position ON-SITE, not remote. Pay Rate Range: $24/hr-$28/hr DOE Schedule(s)/Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday Position

Billing & Shipping Clerk Job Duties

• Entering customer orders and confirming details are accurate and entered into system correctly.
• Prep and make sure all shipping documents are in accordance to purchase order.
• Make sure all invoices are sent to customer and obtain payment.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues on all fronts necessary.
• Assisting with order packing and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related experience is required.
• Experience in handling customer orders, P.O. confirmations, tax documents and following procedures.
• Attention to detail and data entry experience, as well as high communication skills.
• Organization skills as well as applying logic/common sense in high stress situations.
• ERP and Microsoft Office experience.
