The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000 - $113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
Provide excelling customer service support to Dematic's customers
Delegate/escalate calls when necessary
Ensure proper resources are on-board at different customer locations
Find and dispatch field service Dematic employees to customer locations
Participate in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software
Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate follow-up
Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
Travel 15-20% is to be expected. This could include weekends and potential overtime hours may be required.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
4+ years' experience in a related Customer Service position/controls engineering role
Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls
Experience with controls hardware design
Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus
Troubleshooting experience
Experience in the material handling industry
Strong verbal communication skills over the phone
Experience working independently
