Job description
- A Pella Corporation team member’s son, daughter, stepson, or stepdaughter.
- 18 years of age or older as of the scheduled date of hire.
- Current high school or college student.
- Available to work for a minimum of 10 full weeks from mid-May through mid-August.
- Successfully complete the pre-employment screening processes.

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
What is the job?
- Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
- Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
- Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
- Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
- Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Days/Hours
1st Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00 am - 2:30pm If overtime is needed it is until 4:30 PM
- Overtime every other Saturday
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass pre-employment tests, as required.
- Pass pre-work ability screen, as required.
- Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs
