The Service Greeter will be responsible for greeting customers within 2 minutes of their arrival in the service drive using an iPad.
They will review and explain services to customers, write oil change tickets, assist main shop writers, walk customers to their vehicles when the service is complete, review Multipoint inspections and videos, make estimates based on technician recommendations, handle customer complaints diplomatically, refer upset customers to management for resolution, answer calls, and schedule appointments appropriately.
Qualifications for the position include the ability to effectively communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel, a professional personal appearance, and a clean driving record. The pay rate for the Service Greeter position is $15 per hour.
