Supreme Service Today is looking for a full time Service Dispatcher who can help our customers ...and help our team give them Supreme Service.

Most of the time people call us when something is going wrong. They're in a bad mood. Your job is to let them know that help is on the way, then coordinate with our technicians to make it happen.

It's a juggling act with lots of moving pieces, but we believe you've got the chops for it... IF:

• You can stay cool under pressure
• You can work within a team to provide Supreme Service to our customers
• You show up to work on time and know what to do
• You can figure out what a customer needs
• You can speak to our technicians in their language
  

To be considered for this position, all we ask is:

• You have a high school diploma, or equivalent
• You have basic knowledge of computers
• You can participate in the on-call rotation
• You have sharp customer service skills

For you, we will provide:
