MetroWest Medical Center – Leonard Morse Hospital (Natick Campus), is a 103 bed Department of Mental Health licensed Inpatient Psychiatric Facility serving the behavioral health needs of the MetroWest and outlying regions of Massachusetts.

Job Summary
The Sr. Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters and highly sensitive investigations.

Job Responsibilities
Manages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience
Required: 4 years in Human Resources.

Certifications
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
