ABOUT THE COMPANY

Agri-Genesis (DBA "Sunrise") is a patient focused vertically integrated cannabis business bringing together the experience of seasoned operators and strong local partners with deep community ties. The Company was awarded the maximum allowed three cultivation licenses (which allow for 90,000 square feet of canopy), a manufacturing license and the maximum allowed five dispensary licenses, placing it among the largest operators in the state.

Our guiding principle is “Patients First.” The best interest of patients drives everything we do. We believe that without the trust and confidence of patients, we are nothing. One of our primary objectives is to improve patients’ quality of life every day by providing them with access to a range of high-quality products at affordable prices.

The Missouri Market

Missouri represents an attractive opportunity given the limited number of licenses, a wide range of qualifying conditions, a wide range of allowed products and broad market adoption that has resulted in over 160,000 patients in the medical cannabis program to date.
