Summary:
Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members and the cash and physical assets of Golden Eagle Casino
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the integrity of gaming and the Security of the facility
- Maintains a constant surveillance throughout the Casino watching for irregularities or illegal activity
- Immediately reports suspicious or unusual activities to the proper Security Supervisor, Department Manager and/or General Manager
- Periodically checks perimeter and cage doors
- Delivers fill/credits to cage and gaming stations
- Escorts chip, token, and cash transfers within the Casino
- Collects and transports table game drop boxes to storage area
- Escorts money transfers with in all areas of the Casino
- Assist in monitoring traffic as required
- Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas
- Check I.D. of possible underage guests
- Ensures the safety of guests and team members at all times
- Performs first aid as required and assists EMT’s as needed
- Works with tribal police, fire or emergency medical teams as necessary
- Accept found property and tags for safekeeping
- Assists in locating lost property
- Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations
- Accepts, records or notifies management of complaints
- Removes individuals from Casino when directed by the General Manager or Security management
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, required
Language Skills:
- Must have good English speaking and writing skills
- Must be able to produce organized and clearly written reports
