In this role

• Provides insight on standard methodologies for impactful teams in the delivery of product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goal.
• Facilitates planning, team learning, and assists adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
• Leads tech solutions for the team, runs SharePoint page, responsible for metrics.
• Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
• Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing inputs and business conditions into product development.
• Works with product owner and management to define and prioritize outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
• Ensures the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase efficiency of product development.
• Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews and maintains backlogs.
• Identifies and removes roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture. Applies findings to other development projects.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Agile methodology, Project Management
• Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• Project management certification.
• Data analytics and data reporting experience. Ability to work quantitatively.
