Psychological Pathways has been providing outpatient Psychological, and Psychotherapeutic services through an integrated insurance-based model to Central and Northern Arizona for over 40 years. We are looking for a personable and reliable Telephone Scheduler.
We are looking for a full-time experienced Scheduler for our Arizona clinics. The person filling the position will handle the scheduling and of new & returning patients, answer incoming calls, and utilize software to document actions taken. The person must have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have excellent follow-up skills. Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
