Staffing Agency Scheduler to Support Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities in the Northeast.

Now Hiring an Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency that specializes in placing Nurses and CNAs in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care facilities.

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) supplies staff to facilities affiliated with the National Health Care Associates, Inc's network of nursing homes across the Northeast.

This is a Full-Time permanent position in a professional office environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff while problem-solving their staffing needs.

The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month).

Primary Functions

• Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the Northeast.
• Replace any callouts in the facility
• Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience scheduling for RNs, LPN, and CNAs in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities.
• Exceptional customer service with strong oral and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must work well in a team environment in a professional office setting in the Hartford area.
