Schedular, Heart and Vascular Clinic Grand Junction, Part Time
Job description
Valley View Hospital is looking for a part-time scheduler with high attention to detail and exceptional customer service for our busy Heart and Vascular Center located in Grand Junction. Job duties include clerical support and patient processing for both front and back-office areas, serving as a liaison for the Heart and Vascular Center, and assisting with maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Provides clerical and non-clinical support for the staff and physicians who utilize Cardiology.
- Communication skills are critical as the position works with and assists with organization of numerous services and locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills; computer and phone skills; ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- One year of unit secretary or medical office receptionist/scheduler experience
- Basic use and understanding of medical terminology.
- Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred.
SALARY RANGE
- $17.45-$25.66/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
