We are currently seeking a Promotional Sales Specialist to join our Calhoun, GA location. This position is responsible for communicating with internal and external parties to promote sales of current inventory including running line, overstock, and discontinued products.

Ownership of Responsibilities Include: (but not limited to)

• Promote and encourage sales reps on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to sell promotional inventory items
• Track and follow-up with customers daily on communicated promotions
• Work closely with internal team to set pricing and communicate to sales managers/reps and accounts
• Upload new promotions and pricing to B2B site
• Provide marketing department current promotions for monthly product E-blast
• Qualify and coordinate the creation of swatches of rolls to be sent to customers and reps
• Create and enter all remnant packages by product type
• Enter orders for all promotional sales and simultaneously ensure ample inventory remaining for regularly priced orders
• Communicate out-of-stock inventory to customers and sales team
• Collaborate with Inventory Department to ensure reporting is up to date
• Travel with sales reps as needed
• Call existing accounts to sell promotional goods
• Send E-blasts to promotional accounts
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in design, promotional products or retail sales preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service focused and strong interpersonal skills
• Be independent and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $50,507.49 - $74,881.88 per year
