- Online hospital referral portal management.
- Communication point between sales and hospital, via portal management system.
- Communication between Account Executives and Branch staff.
- Pulling accurate information in Electronic Medical Records.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Possess mental alertness and ability to properly treat confidential information.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Two years work related experience health care, Home Medical Equipment, customer service, delivery personnel with sales component or entry level sales
- Exact job experience is health care organization, pharmacy that routinely bills insurance or provides Home Medical Equipment, Intravenous or Home Health (Medicare certified) services
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
