FASTSIGNS of Needham, MA is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team! You will be one of the first points of contact for existing/prospective customers and assist in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the center. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, engaging, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued and necessary in candidates for this fast paced position.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in-person, on the phone, and via email, all with a positive & friendly personality
  • Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate individual (AND, most importantly, be able to take GREAT, detailed notes/messages)
  • DAILY invoicing/charging customers/closeout procedures, filing as needed
  • Processing customer deposits/payments and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Document and update computer customer records based on interactions
  • Coordinate shipping/couriering/delivery of customer orders
  • Maintain center appearance (i.e.: cleaning/straightening front showroom)
  • Participate in and practice the FASTSIGNS brand mentality of “Everybody Sells” and the tagline "Make Your Statement" - constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
  • Assist the sales team, as needed (i.e.: contacting customers, follow up emails, etc.)
  • Understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions
  • Standard business hours 9-5 - closed weekends and major holidays

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a BIG plus
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask is necessary
  • Must be proficient in Windows 10+ and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must speak, read, and write fluent English, but other languages can be useful
  • Ability to be a team player (work across departments), but also be able to work independently
  • Dependable, self motivated, and strong work ethic (while still having fun!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
