Sales Manager | Kitchen & Bath Showroom| Port Charlotte, FL

We seek for our client a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager with proficient kitchen design skills, leadership qualities, and sales experience to join our client’s team. Bring your expertise to this established company that has been in the market for over 2 decades.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing the company’s services and projects via the website, social media, client and networking events
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing contractors or employees (designer and support staff)
• Overseeing and handling the overall client experience
• Developing and reviewing layouts for input into 20/20 Design to create designs, and renderings and to determine costs
• Creating proposals and contracts to present to clients
• Placing orders to the factory and outside vendors for projects
• Finalizing site dimensions, reviewing scope of work with the installation supervisor
• Tracking orders and coordinating schedules
• On-going site visits on active jobs to review layout details with installers, resolving any questions, issues, or concerns as they arise
• Walking through final punch list on site with contractors as project is nearing completion Final walk-through with clients to sign off on completion of project
• Customer service (before/after install), formal feedback, testimonials, and resolution for any service issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in interior design, architecture, sales, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience
• Proficient with 20/20 design software
• Experience leading a design showroom or design studio, preferably in the kitchen and bath sector
• Strong knowledge of custom kitchen design and installation
• Strong sales abilities and relationship-building with clients/customers
• Strong team leadership
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients and team members
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Base Salary + Benefits Package

• Showroom is only open Monday through Friday
