European Wax Center is currently seeking a sensational General/Store Manager who will be able to execute all of our policies and procedures.

Here's what we're looking for:

• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
• Have 2-5 years of retail or beauty industry experience.
• Desire to train, motivate and coach a team to reach monthly goals.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates.
• Maintain the facility and inventory.
• Experience in hiring, scheduling and payroll.
• Computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, email and POS).
• Have customer service experience.
• Have the flexibility to react quickly to changing circumstances.
• Have good judgement.
• Maintain the EWC culture within the center.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
