Guaranteed hourly plus bonus. A high quality reputable orthodontic practice with high level customer service is seeking an exceptional team member(s) for a sales position/ front desk ( Treatment Coordinator) in our five locations in Chalfont, Doylestown, Sellersville, Harleysville and Devon PA. Job duties include ( but not limited to) answering the phones in a professional manner, insurance verification, meeting new patients in the practice, presenting financials and developing payment plans for patients, following up on patients that did not start. Prior sales experience is a must. Must be able to to go to all five locations on a rotating basis with other staff members.

Prior sales and customer service experience is a must; warmth, relating to people and customer service is a must.

If you are live in Philadelphia, the commute is probably too far for this position. Same thing for Bensalem, Langhorne and Newtown.

Hours are: Mondays 8AM-7PM, Tue, Thu 7:30AM-5 PM, Wed 8AM-5 PM Fri 9AM-3 PM .
