Your Role:

The Sales Analyst is responsible for managing the collection, analysis, and distribution of customer specific volume forecast in support of the Sales and Marketing groups. This position collects and analyzes data to evaluate monthly and annual sales goals, quotas and forecasts. You will have the opportunity to:

• Crosstrain on the tasks of the Product Manager.
• Create time sensitive, accurate pricing documents based on a variety of inputs, coordinate their distribution, and maintain orderly storage of the documents.
• Based on resin market changes lead the implementation of pricing changes based on defined resin programs.
• Coordinate and manage the timely renewal of all customer agreements.
• Manage the collection, analysis, and distribution of customer specific volume reporting in support of the Product Manager and the Sales and Marketing groups.
• Audit and solicit maintenance of various customer/product information to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain various system reporting tools (Excel/ Power BI based) used for ongoing product management and sales/ marketing support.
• Lead the collection, analysis and reporting for actual sales vs specific Sales Manager produced volume forecasts, reconciling forecast information with Marketing and Finance.
• Create, maintain and refresh key monthly volume files.
• Coordinate and manage the customer volume rebate program.
• Export of key SAP data to carry out timely pricing activities.
• Manage spool return/reuse program.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance Information Systems or related field.
• 2-4+ years of related professional business experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Business Intelligence experience a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use a wide array of formulas, and pivot tables.
• Ability to work with and analyze extremely large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.

Icing on the cake:

• Finance/accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in SAP preferred.
