Responsibilities

• Train staff to provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with the Director of Recreation on various assignments and/or projects
• Practice what you preach to the staff
• Resolve member issues/complaints
• Oversee the operations in the locker room are running smoothly
• Provides for the Safety and Security of all Members’ and their guests’ personal property
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Inspects locker area to ensure tidiness
• Greet all members and check them into the locker rooms.
• Stock and maintain locker rooms.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Escort members to Spa Treatment area.
• Clean and repair shoes
• Assist in housekeeping as requested
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
