Roll Up Operator | 1st Shift
Position Overview

Operate the Roll-Up equipment in an efficient manner in order to ensure continuous production.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEssential Duties:
- Operate roll-up line using the console controls.
- Remove scrap and Q.C. samples from the roll up.
- Bale waste following Baler Procedure.
- Keep working area clean.
Job Requirements:- Be able to read and operate all controls and gauges on console.
- Must be able to read, understand, and discuss in English numerical and alphabetical lot numbers and other product, production or maintenance information.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
- Follow Lockout Tagout requirements based on Cal OSHA and Shaw Safe Program.
Physical Requirements:- Frequent: Climb, depth perception, handle, hear, manual dexterity, lift 15-20 lbs., reach, sit, stand, stoop, and walk.
- Use personal protective equipment.
- Occasional: Balance, crawl, crouch, grasp, kneel, and speak.
- Required: Close vision, and be able to differentiate color, and texture.
Work Shift
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
