Xfinity – Internet Sales Pro

Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1,200 Consumer Electronics Retail outlets in North America, and we are interviewing immediately for our new Internet Sales Program. As one of Premium’s dedicated brand representatives, you will connect shoppers with competitive, industry-leading Internet products from Comcast Xfinity, – via attractive promotions & experiential marketing. Our Internet Sales Pros earn a competitive hourly wage (plus unlimited bonuses) through creativity, hustle, and commitment to achieve sales success.

What will you do?

· Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new internet-subscription activations, upgrades, and accessory bundling.

· Proactively start conversations with shoppers to build rapport & ask questions.

· Explain Comcast-Internet subscription solutions to customers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

· Recommend personalized solutions to customers, qualifying the purchase(s).

· Teach customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.

Prior sales experience or retail experience is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about our Comcast Xfinity plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
