We have an amazing opportunity in our Encinitas & Carlsbad store for the right experienced sales associate.

This is a fun job where you will have the opportunity to help people that are looking to live a more conscious life.

We sell crystals, spiritual art, books, organic beauty products and home decorations.

This is a fast-paced environment where you provide excellent customer service.

You will also care for the store making sure all displays are fully stocked and presentable.

We want to grow and we believe in paying our employees well.

You will be given monthly sales goals and a great support team on a mission to educate our community about the gifts of crystals and other incredible artifacts.

Minimum 5 years experienced in sales

We are looking for a leader who can attend to our store and clients. We are looking for someone who can also shape the store according to our shared values, standards, policies and procedures. You know, being whatever is necessary at any given moment so our customers can find what’s possible for their personal journey.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in retail.
