The Retail Service Field Technician is responsible for maintaining our valued customers, and catering to their needs from installation to maintenance, we show our customers how they maintain their Bizerba solution to prevent downtimes.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing on-site repairs, installations, off-site remote troubleshooting
  • Providing preventative maintenance of equipment
  • Listen to customer concerns and communicate all job -related topics in an efficient and comprehensive manner
  • Set up and troubleshoot both wired and wireless network connected devices
  • Travelling to multiple locations, and able to work flexible work hours including on-call on weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
  • Intermittently lifting 60-80lb equipment, and working in unusual climates

PLEASE NOTE: The class is 6 weeks. Upon completion, you will then return to your assigned area above.

  • Customer focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude
  • Problem-solving skills to include both analytical and creative thinking
  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year technical school or college
  • Experience in repair and installation of PC based devices or processor-controlled equipment
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Familiar with TCP/IP based connections and other system bus protocols
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Able to pass a criminal background check, and must be fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus
