As a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Oklahoma City, OK you will be responsible for merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining our displays. This is a great sales role for someone looking for 15-20 hours of work per week with opportunity to grow within the company.


PROGRAM DETAILS:


  • Mileage reimbursement for miles driven between stores.
  • Phone stipend for apps used during working hours.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Building our Brands –
    Calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in-store merchandising service to include proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to catch our customers’ attention.
  • Establishing Gr-r-reat Relationships – Building and fostering relationships with store employees to include the store manager.
  • Can Do Attitude – Building our displays with excellence requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


    • Physically must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day; stoop kneel, bend, push and pull; lift to 40 lbs.; climb ladders and step stools repeatedly; and reach above your shoulders repeatedly.
    • Visit assigned store(s) during shift.
    • Accessing Apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, communicating with Kellogg’s Sales Representative.
    • Entry of mileage in the Concur app every month by the 4th of each month.
    • Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and or early morning hours.
    • This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is between assigned stores.
    • Must have a smart phone, be familiar with phone application technology and install free mobile application to communicate and retrieve work-related information.
