Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in the respective field (kitchen/BOH or production environment or hospitality/customer service), preferably in a restaurant
  • Ability to lead 15-20 employees per shift, but have oversight over a team of about 50 employees
  • Basic computer and iPad competency
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Bilingual candidates preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and team-building skills
  • Willingness to assist in various roles as needed

Back of House Manager (Day or Evening Shifts) Summary:

Lead our kitchen team during day or evening hours. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring that all food is prepared to Chick-fil-A's high standards, and coaching and training our team.

Front of House Manager (Day or Evening Shifts) Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coaching and training our team.
