Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Residential Roofing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with safety regulations. The Residential Roofing Technician will work closely with our Branch Operations Lead and team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs.
• Assist with roof inspections to determine the scope of work needed and identify any potential problems.
• Assist with estimating job costs and materials needed for repairs and installations.
• Complete repairs and installations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that work is of high quality and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with Branch Operations Lead and team members to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate's or technical degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of applicable experience as a roofing technician or similar role.
• Must speak English, so that individual can communicate with customers and understand direction clearly.
• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials, as well as safety regulations related to roofing work.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fall Protection Certification preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma
• 2 years of on the job experience
• Some training in Fall Protection

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
