Description:

Blue Diamond Pools & Spas is looking for those seeking a way to make money, gain business experience and learn about the different communities in Palm Beach County.

Hours:

Minimum to qualify - 5 hours
Preferred - 25-40 hours
Maximum possible - 60 hours

Training:

4-5 shifts
*Drive with an existing pool technician and learn how we serve our clients!

Shift 1: Learn the Diamond Difference system - who we are and how we operate
Shift 2: Learn how to balance the pool chemistry
Shift 3: Learn the steps to a clean pool & Pool Equipment
Shift 4: Drive the route
Shift 5: Test run!

Pay:

$8 Pool
~$22/hour
Bonus potential: $50 for every new pool you get!

Time:

Average 2.75 pools/hour

Requirements:

● Have a valid driver's license
● Responsible
● Respectful to homeowners and has the desire to serve them with excellence
● Be able to perform physical labor
● Willing to work in the sun and sometimes the rain
● Disciplined to work by yourself and keep a good pace - self motivated
