Unique opportunity to be a Rental Coordinator of a few residential properties and to be a Property Manager of a small local motel (18-Unit) in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
Candidate must be efficient and effective, working independently; and have impeccable communication skills. (Property Management and/or Motel experience is PREFERRED).

**Unique because this person could live On-Site, if needed or qualifies to do so. On-site housing includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house. Utilities included.

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Hire/Manage small staff/maintenance team and coordinate scheduling (HR experience)
• Manage reservations via phone and online
• Check-in and check-out guests
• Collect payments and Cash handling
• General Maintenance (including lawn maintenance)/Light Cleaning and upkeep of entire premises
• Set up showings/local advertising with potential tenants

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Great Organizational skills and Detailed Oriented
• Enjoy people interactions
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (subjected to background check)
• Hotel/motel experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Quickbooks Desktop familiarity (preferred)

**Compensation will commensurate with experience.**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
