Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is ranked “Five Stars” by Medicare and named “Best Nursing Home” by U.S. News and World Report. We are a 49 bed facility with outstanding physical therapy programs to help those with post hospital care needs in order to transition to their home.

Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Registered Nurse (RN).

• FULL TIME - AM SHIFT
• FULL TIME - PM SHIFT

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts

• Current RN license
