Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a qualified RN to join our team of compassionate and caring staff.

Our Nurses ensure the highest quality care is given to all residents/patients. Nurses have the responsibility of carrying out assigned duties, including the supervision of certified nursing assistants. Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing
• Supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $89,440.00 - $104,000.00 per year
