• Shift: Day Shift- 8hrs, 10hrs, 12hrs

The opening of RN Case Management in Harris, NY has the Day shift availability. The shift will be of 12 hours, 3 days. The job requires , RN License for NY State, BLS & ACLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 3* years experience is preferred as RN Case Management.

Responsibilities for this job are:

• Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
• Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
• Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
• Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
• Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
• Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
