- Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (BLS Provider or BLS Instructor)
- Minimum one year recent RN experience
- Hospital RN experience
- Baccalaureate
Degree or higher in Nursing within 5 years of a hire date
