Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- One-year experience working with the elderly or frail population required.
- Two years of acute care experience required (ICU, ER, or Critical care) or homecare experience.
- Valid state nursing license.
- Experience as a nurse in a hospital or other health care setting.
- Understanding of standard medical practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and great bedside manner.
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bilingual (Vietnamese/Spanish/Mandarin) preferred but not mandatory.
- Set up procedures with appropriate tools; maintain a full inventory of supplies.
- Assist doctors with procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and directly with patients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress.
- Fill out and update patient documents and charts.
- Communicates with Doctors and other Registered Nurses about patient needs, administer IVs and medications to aid their patients’ health, and use medical equipment to monitor patients’ vital signs.

- Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate.
- Taking care of wounds.
- Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants, and nurse aides.
