Your specific tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Installing and maintaining climate-control systems.
• Repairing and upgrading refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing problems with existing systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs to existing equipment.
• Troubleshooting, replacing parts, running tests to ensure the systems are working properly following repairs.
• Performing upgrades to satisfy new regulations or meet new standards.
• Operating tools, gauges, and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems.
• Following GMP/PPE, Safety guidelines
• Following and maintaining HACCP and sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, to complete required documentation.
• Implementing facility services portion of all work orders.
• Working safely around moving equipment and conveyors in a wet environment.
• Implementing and assisting in the coordination of all minor building moves.
• Performing repair and maintenance work of minor complexity to building furnishings, fixtures and finishes.
• Coordinating work to assist contractors and vendors in performing repairs, maintenance and moves of moderate to high complexity.
• Maintaining a safe work environment.
• Maintaining inventory of tools required to provide services.
• Working with department technicians, staff, and management to maintain inventories of parts, materials, and equipment as required.
• Assisting with various building inspections and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
