Job Title: Blue Collar/Field Recruiter

Location: Gibsonton, FL 33534

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Job Description:

· Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems.

· Prepares specialized routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics.

· Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.

· Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.

· Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served.

· This position can be found in a number of organization settings / job families, incl. EHS, R&D, Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, Project Management, HR, Finance, Customer Services, etc.

· Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve to bridge the gap between background check companies, management, and HR.

· They will also serve as the onsite administrative support for all new hires/management/HR at our innovative facility located in Gibsonton, FL.

· Lead, arrange and schedule local job fairs and other actively sourcing activities.

Required:

· Associate degree or high school diploma preferred.

· 2-3 years of experience supporting a manufacturing/industrial environment.

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

· Must be able to optimally communicate across all levels of the organization.

· Navigate effectively through challenging priorities

· Possess tactical decision-making skills.

· Previous experience working in fast-paced and customer-oriented environment

· Experienced interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Gibsonton, FL 33534: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
