Receptionist - The Winslow Independent Senior Living
Job description
The Winslow is located at 909 Centre Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado and is designed for seniors who are able to live on their own but desire the security and conveniences of community living.
We are accepting applications for a Receptionist who is available to work:
- Full-time
- Monday through Thursday
- Midnight - 8:00am
Starting wage $15.00 - $16.25/hour DOE, along with 3 opportunities for raises your 1st year.
Employees who work 24+ hrs. per week qualify for a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy and other Columbine Services.
Receptionist
- Greets customers, clients, and employees as they come in
- Keeps copy room clean and free of clutter, distributes faxes
- Sorts and forwards mail & emails
- Creates memos and letters, as instructed
- Assists department heads with their workloads as needed
- Laundering facility linens in commercial laundry machines and linen pressing as well. (On the job training will be provided)
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be over 18
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 years clerical experience preferred.
- Calm, empathetic, responsible, creative, welcoming, and good at problem-solving.
