Job description

To contribute to the provision of health care to patients and relatives by providing a comprehensive and confidential clerical and receptionist support in relation to emergency attendances and admissions. This service is provided 24 hours each day throughout the whole year. At all times the appropriate systems, procedures, policies and processes should be followed for all the patients to experience a smooth journey at all times.

Early Shift 07:00 to 15:00 7.5 hour shift (30 mins unpaid break)

Late Shift 15:00 to 23:00 7.5 hour shift (30 mins unpaid break)

Night Shift 23:00 to 07:00 7.5 hour shift (30 mins unpaid break).

Emergency Department, Princess of Wales Hospital Bridgend Come and join our amazing, supportive team in the Emergency Department at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

You will join a team of receptionists and be the first point of contact for our patients. We can offer a caring, supportive environment to develop your skills and to be part of a forward thinking department.

Previous NHS experience is not essential, you will help us deliver first class care for our local community and help to continually improve services for our patients and staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
