Community Mainstreaming is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency committed to providing services to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead meaningful productive lives within their community.

Purpose:
Responsible for oversight of regulatory & billing compliance and maintenance of internal quality standards.
Responsible for assisting with incident management as directed.
Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain full knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to the operation of programs operated by CMA, review all newly issued regulations, assist with changes needed in policies and procedures to ensure that the agency maintains regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of The Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) billing requirements that pertain to all the Medicaid reimbursed services CMA provides; Res Hab, Day Hab, Community Hab, SEMP and FI.
• Conduct internal audits of programs and services.
• Conduct investigations and follow through with necessary OPWDD management systems.
• Provide staff training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years Human Service experience under the HCBS waiver serving adults with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of pt. 624 & 625 regulations, OMIG requirements and program operations in IRA, Community Habilitation, Day Services and FI/Self-Directed Services.
• Current certification as an Incident Investigator preferred.
