Job description
Job Overview: The General Affairs Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations related to general affairs at the QCELLS’s new factory in Cartersville. This includes facilities management, office management, vendor management, and general administrative duties as assigned. The General Affairs Specialist will be a key member of the HR team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
In 2024, this position will be relocated to Cartersville, GA. The current office in Atlanta, GA, is temporary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to general affairs at the factory, including facilities management, office management, vendor management, and general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing new vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to general affairs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility, including IT, finance, and production.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
  • Support Expats to find their house.
Physical Qualifications

  • Able to stand and walk the production area throughout the workday.
  • Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set by Q Cells
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to facilities management and general affairs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bi-lingual (English, Korean) skills are a must.
