Job description
Join our team as a part-time Property Manager of Richardson Court, a 50-unit apartment community located at 1101 South Brake Street, Nashville, NC 27856.
PAY: $22/hour + Quarterly incentive bonus
Job Requirements:
- Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
- Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC
- Previous experience in Property Management preferred
