Project Coordinator- REMOTE in California
5+ month contract
$33/hr
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for supporting CLIENT's Employee Engagement team by providing communications and change management support, conducting research into employee engagement trends, supporting the creation of reports and analyses to capture insights from employee feedback, and providing administrative support. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have very strong attention to detail and previous experience working in internal or external communications, change management, consulting, or employee engagement. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience successfully managing to project deadlines and creating high-quality, error free deliverables for senior audiences. We are looking for a positive, team-player who can navigate ambiguity, ask questions as needed to gain clarity, take ownership and learn quickly.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience working with communications or change management in a business environment is highly desirable
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated ability to create polished presentations that are visually appealing and error-free
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Experience conducting qualitative research, analyzing trends, generating insights and summarizing key takeaways for various audiences is a plus
- Experience with interpreting/analyzing and presenting survey data or with employee engagement surveys is a plus
Key activities and deliverables
- Monitor team shared email inbox and respond to employee inquiries
- Support development of communication materials, including email, blog posts, reference guides, toolkits, and key messaging for internal website
- Conduct research into employee engagement trends and leader behaviors and competencies that promote high employee engagement
- Support analysis of employee engagement survey results and creation of reports to summarize trends, insights and recommendations
- Provide administrative and logistical support for team, including taking meeting notes and scheduling meetings
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce high quality work products with minimal errors
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Previous experience working in internal or external communications, change management, or public relations (3+ years)
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience creating reports for Executive level-audiences
Previous experience with open-source research (can be academic), survey design or analysis
Sharepoint experience – creating and updating internal websites

Bachelors Degree
