New Life New Hope is a one-year residential addiction recovery program that walks alongside individuals as they pursue a new way of living through the power of Christ. Colossians 3 calls us to turn away from self-serving ways of living and to put on a new identity in Christ. In our program, we have the pleasure of walking this process out with individuals who are committed to breaking their cycles of brokenness and addiction, walking triumphantly in freedom and hope.

Intentionally build relationships with KGM program guests.

Assist program members with their personal needs as able while on shift.

Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.

Complete daily log before end of shift.

Maintain a loving and peaceful environment by using spiritual guidance when providing care for program members.

Facilitate program devotions in the evenings.

Monitor cleanliness of the program floor.

The Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit, evangelical Christian ministry.

Education/Experience and/or Certification:

· High School Diploma

· Willingness to pursue biblical counseling certification.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
