GVI, Inc., a Federal Government contracting industry leader, is seeking a Program Analyst (Law Enforcement Intelligence) to support our customer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review, evaluate and coordinate confidential materials. This includes managing, monitoring, and assessing existing information from sensitive databases ensuring the highest quality control.
  • Ability to multi-task and assist multiple agency employees at once.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions such as fielding phone calls, scheduling meetings, responding to callers, taking minutes, composing memos, etc.
  • Create and analyze written documents for dissemination to leadership, spreadsheet management, compiling information for outside inquiries and reports.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to be used for reporting data.
  • Conduct document control for routing through office; prepare purchase requests for small purchases, review draft policies, standard operating procedures, and memorandums for grammar and format; coordinate travel and submit data into the agency’s travel system; compile equipment requirements for office staff (e.g., laptops, printers, monitors); prepare training requests; and prepare matrix of office needs.
  • May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office.
  • Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
  • Maintains confidential, classified, and time sensitive material.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Current TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain an agency clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of related work experience or a high school diploma and eight years of related work experience
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff. Prior work in intelligence for a federal agency as well as a firm knowledge of business administration.
  • Advanced computer skills and internet research skills
  • Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deadlines.
