An exciting opportunity to support our Adhesives Technologies business as a Production Master Planner/Scheduler.

About you:

We are hiring a Production Planner at our Jefferson Hills location who will collaborate cross departmentally to own, create, and manage 0–3-month complex production schedules. You thrive in a dynamic environment - leading Operational Excellence initiatives, solving for inventory variances, planning against forecast, coordinating the flow of materials & products, and planning for ‘what if’ scenarios. You will manage and ensure on time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and equipment utilization & efficiency. In addition to using data to make informed and timely decisions, you also ask and seek to know the why in order to make the best decisions. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and are guided by key deliverables.

What you have already achieved:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or related field
• Proficiency in planning/scheduling, including 3+ years of supply chain and/or materials management experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance, and drawing clear and concise conclusions
• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience a plus
• Experience communicating with business partners and cross-functional teams at various levels
