Our team has grown significantly, allowing us to offer you the opportunity of becoming a Production Manager.

We are looking for a leader with experience managing a manufacturing facility. Applicants should be able to manage team members and the production process. Favorable applicants find meaning in inputting procedural improvements to ensure a smooth progression of manufacturing from one department to the next. They are responsible for ensuring productive and quality output from their teams and manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production department supervisors & team
• Help HR recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise, and reviewing production output
• Implement production, productivity, and quality standards
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; present to executive staff and implement changes
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Help review and approve sales orders to be put into production
• Manage relationships and communicate with key vendors
• Contribute recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Significantly contribute to the (re-)writing of SOPs
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; helping develop policies and procedures as needed; complying with legal & OSHA regulations with the help of HR
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are issues related to product & equipment quality or accidents and mishaps on-site
• Responsible for vehicle and heavy equipment rentals and/or inspection; ensuring completion & filing of safety inspections by team
• Enforce preventative maintenance of machinery and building utilities
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
