Job Description:
The Production Line Worker is responsible for
inspecting
, and processing products as specified by the customer. They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment.
- Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
- Previous food experience is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Operate production line equipment.
- Work on the production line and meet production line equipment.
- Assemble goods on production lines.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Store goods properly in a warehouse.
- Pack goods to be shipped.
- Prepares, packages, and merchandise fresh products.
- Inspects, packages, wraps, and labels products.
- Stand, reach, bend, and (climb steps/stairs occasionally); frequently lift weights to 20-40 lbs. and occasionally lift weights to 50 lbs.
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalize and package products for shipment.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must Pass Drug Test.
- Previous experience in a factory environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Able to be in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.
- Able to multitask, show flexibility, and pay great attention to detail.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Supervised Received and Exercised.
Receives supervision from the building manager. The position has no formal assigned supervisory responsibility and authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.

The principal duties of this position are to perform in an indoor and outdoor environment. Most work is done inside a warehouse.
